Yes, we’re happy to receive your packages during your stay. The package must be under the same name as the reservation (even in translation). Packages received after checkout will be refused and returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, we do not offer parking at One Dutch. All guests will be responsible for their parking accommodations.

No. At this time we do not offer a shuttle service, but we can arrange pick-ups and drop-offs upon request and at an additional charge.

Yes, a valid government-issued ID or Passport is required at check-in.
The minimum age of the guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old, and is required to check in with a valid working credit card.

To request a late check-out, please contact us at least 24 hours before departure. Approval is subject to availability, and an additional cost may apply.
You are welcome to store your luggage before check-in. Luggage storage is also available after check-out, but it must be collected before 11 PM on the same day as your departure.
One Dutch is a cashless property. Please prepare accordingly.
Direct booking must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
