Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?

At One Dutch Hotel, we are a non-smoking property. This policy includes in-units, rooftop, and any common areas.

Can I send a package to the hotel?

Yes, we’re happy to receive your packages during your stay. The package must be under the same name as the reservation (even in translation). Packages received after checkout will be refused and returned to the sender.

Does your hotel have air conditioning?

Each unit is equipped with an adjustable thermostat for your comfort.

Are you pet-friendly?

Service animals are welcome with proper verification and notice. Service animals must always be accompanied by their owner at all times. Other pets are subject to approval and an additional pet fee. Please contact us at info@onedutchhotel.com.

Do you provide parking?

Unfortunately, we do not offer parking at One Dutch Hotel. All guests will be responsible for their parking accommodations.

There are several parking garages located in the neighborhood:

iPark - 29 Platt Street (0.3 mi) limited hours
John Street Parking - 85 John Street (0.1 mi)
GMC Park - 31 Gold Street (0.3 mi)

Is the building/rooms handicap accessible?

Yes, the property is wheelchair accessible, and we offer ADA-compliant rooms.

Is there a bar/restaurant on-site?

One Dutch Hotel’s unique experience offers apartment-style suites with fully stocked kitchens to use at leisure. Please use your welcome booklet for our curated neighborhood recommendations for other dining options.

Do you offer shuttle service or a car from the airport?

No. At this time we do not offer a shuttle service, but we can arrange pick-ups and drop-offs upon request and at an additional charge.

I’m traveling with an infant. Are there cribs available?

Yes, we do offer cribs. However, with limited availability, please contact us at info@onedutchhote.com for further instructions.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?

Yes, a valid government-issued ID or Passport is required at check-in.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

The minimum age of the guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old, and is required to check in with a valid working credit card.

Do you offer group bookings?

Yes. Please contact us at info@onedutchhotel.com for accommodations for your wedding or corporate event.

What is the nearest airport?

The airports accessible to us are the following:
JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark International Airports.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in time is 4 PM, and check out time is 11 AM

Can I check-in early?

At One Dutch Hotel, we try our best to accommodate special requests. If there is availability, we will happily accommodate.

Are late check-outs available?

To request a late check-out, please contact us at least 24 hours before departure. Approval is subject to availability, and an additional cost may apply.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

You are welcome to store your luggage before check-in. Luggage storage is also available after check-out, but it must be collected before 11 PM on the same day as your departure.

Can I use cash for my incidentals?

One Dutch Hotel is a cashless property. Please prepare accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Direct booking must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.

How much does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check-in?

At check-in, a $500 authorization will be placed on your debit or credit card to cover incidentals during your stay.
